Please review and complete the required consent forms before scheduling a Brows Jungle permanent makeup appointment.

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment, and this fee goes toward procedure pricing.

Please send the booking fee using Zelle at browsjungle@gmail.com. If payment is not received within 1 hour, booking will be canceled.

If you had permanent makeup done previously, approval is required prior to booking. Send your full name and a clear full-face photo to (747) 224-7451 or Instagram @browsjungle.
